When we breed a litter, it is always with the ultimate goal of producing new show prospects. However, we
do occasionally have pet puppies for sale to approved homes. There are also times that we have adult
dogs available for sale.
All of our dogs are very important to us and we do everything we can to ensure that potential owners can
and will provide loving and safe homes. Therefore, we never sell through agents, at flea markets, or pet
stores.
We sell ALL pet quality dogs on AKC Limited Registration and a spay/neuter agreement. Although they
can be shown in obedience, agility, and other performance events, they cannot be shown in conformation
and they cannot be used for any breeding purposes. Puppies must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of
age or within 60 days if the dog is 6 months of age or older at time of purchase.
We feel very strongly about the welfare of all our dogs and never wish to have one end up in a shelter or
humane society. To help ensure the welfare of dogs we sell, we have a life long return policy. If some
unforeseen circumstance arises which make it impossible for you to maintain this dog and you are
unable to place him/her, he/she shall be returned to us.
To ensure health and safety, no puppy is placed in his/her new home under 12 weeks of age.
Our health guarantee includes the following:
1. All dogs purchased will have a health certificate stating vaccinations against Distemper, Adenovirus
Type 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Bordetella. It is the buyer's responsibility to continue scheduled
vaccinations with a licensed Veterinarian.
ALTHOUGH THIS DOG HAS RECEIVED A RECENT EXAM PRIOR TO PLACEMENT, IT IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE YOUR NEW FAMILY MEMBER TO THE VETERINARIAN OF YOUR
CHOICE FOR A COMPLETE EXAM WITHIN 48 HOURS.
2. All dogs will be free of internal and external parasites. It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow a
veterinarian’s good advice regarding on going prevention necessary after purchase.
3. For one year from date of purchase, the dog is guaranteed against genetic defects. If the dog develops
a problem relating to a genetic defect within that year, that was not brought to your attention prior to sale
or sold "AS IS", the dog will be replaced with another dog as soon as one of equal value is available. If
you so choose, you may elect to keep said dog and receive reimbursement for related veterinary
expenses (up to the amount of purchase).
WE DO NOT CONSIDER THE PRESENCE OF A MOLERA TO BE A DEFECIT AS THIS IS A TRAIT OF THE
BREED. THE CHIHUAHUA STANDARD STATES…”HEAD: A WELL ROUNDED “APPLE DOME” SKULL,
WITH OR WITHOUT MOLERA.”
4. We DO NOT GUARANTEE any dog against injury or illness caused by neglect or abuse by the buyer.
Improper diet also constitutes neglect or abuse.
5. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we replace a dog if we were not notified of illness or if the dog was
"put to sleep" without our permission.

Because of the overwhelming health concerns and concerns about cross breeding to obtain the pattern in this Breed, many countries have banned merle Chihuahuas from registration and/or disqualified the color in the Official Standard. We do not breed or endorse this color pattern. |
